Stagelist ("we", "us") is a link-in-bio platform for music artists at stagelist.me. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have — whether you're an artist with a Stagelist page, an agency managing a roster, or a fan visiting an artist's page. Questions: hello@stagelist.me.

What we collect

If you have an account (artists & agencies)

  • Your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself).
  • Everything you put on your page: name, bio, photos, links, tour dates, and other content.
  • Your plan and settings, including any ad pixel IDs you configure.

If you're a fan visiting an artist's page

  • Page analytics. When you view a page or tap a link we record the event with a coarse device category (phone/desktop), the country derived from your IP address, and the referring site or share-link tag. We do not store your IP address, and we filter out automated traffic.
  • Email signups. If you join an artist's mailing list or pre-save a release, we store the email you submit on that artist's behalf— see "Fan emails" below.

Cookies

  • Session cookie — keeps account holders signed in (essential).
  • Platform memory (90 days) — remembers which music app you chose so future smart links skip the picker.
  • Source tag (30 minutes) — carries a share-link tag (e.g. ?src=ig) from a page visit to a link tap for the artist's analytics.

Fan emails belong to the artist

Emails collected through signup and pre-save blocks are collected for the artistwhose page you used. That artist (and, for roster-managed pages, their agency) can view and export the list. We process this data on their behalf and never sell it or use it for our own marketing. To be removed from an artist's list, contact the artist directly or email us and we'll remove you.

Ad pixels on artist pages

Artists on paid plans can add their own Meta (Facebook) or TikTok pixel to their page. When present, those third parties may set cookies and collect visit data under their own privacy policies — this is configured by and for the artist, not by Stagelist. Artists are responsible for meeting any consent requirements that apply to their audience.

How we use data

  • Running the service: hosting pages, routing smart links, showing artists their analytics.
  • Keeping the platform safe: abuse prevention, rate limiting, bot filtering.
  • Talking to you about your account. We don't send marketing email without consent.

Who we share with

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with infrastructure providers that run the service (hosting, database, and file storage), with the artist/agency that owns the page you interacted with (as described above), and when the law requires it.

Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. Artists can delete their account at any time in Settings → Account — this permanently removes the page, its content, analytics, and collected fan emails. To request a copy of your data, or deletion of data about you as a fan, email hello@stagelist.me.

International visitors

Stagelist is operated from the United States and data is processed there. By using the service you understand your data may be processed outside your country.

Children

Stagelist is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll update this policy as the product evolves and change the date above. Material changes get announced in the dashboard.
